As a 20 year veteran in the title insurance industry, Catherine Crevier is an expert at cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with her clients. Choosing to be in the title insurance industry came naturally for her. Catherine’s grandfather owned a real estate company and her father was a mortgage broker before delving into industrial and commercial development.

At Ticor Title Company she is a Senior Account Executive, where she coordinates the best team, products and services to facilitate a smooth closing for her clients. She specializes in title and escrow transactions for high end luxury homes in addition to assisting with specialized farming for her clients. She takes great pride going above and beyond in providing her clients with all of their title and escrow needs. Catherine joined Ticor in 2005 and has rapidly earned a reputation as a results-oriented professional with a penchant for facilitating successful transactions. She is currently ranked #1 in residential re-sale in Orange County.

Catherine's comprehensive title knowledge and experience have contributed to her successful career in the residential sales division at Ticor Title Company. She works closely with all levels of agents, realtors, and brokers. Attentive and proactive, she establishes open and ongoing communication to ensure that questions and concerns are never left unanswered. “All of my clients get the ‘preferred’ treatment. I return phone calls promptly, and I strongly believe in the power of customer service,” says Catherine.

Catherine graduated from CSULB with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing. Shortly after graduation, she went on to earn her paralegal certificate from UCI. Her insight, paired with a solid educational background, has allowed her to tailor a title career that maximizes her strengths and skills. Her proactive and tenacious attitude combined with her commitment to top notch customer service enables Catherine to advocate on behalf of her clients. She loves balancing the entrepreneurial aspect of her role as a Senior Account Executive with that of the team environment at Ticor. The company’s team of real estate professionals includes talented title technicians, expert escrow officers, experienced in-house underwriters, and helpful customer service representatives.

Raised in Huntington Beach, Catherine has two boys. She enjoys cooking, traveling, yoga, Country Western dancing and donating her time and efforts to local charities such as “A Taste for Charity” in Laguna Beach and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County.
